24 hours Reception

Our Hotel is open for 24 hours a day. Should you have any questions or experience any difficulty, please dial number 0 (zero) and our receptionist will be pleased to assist you.

AC adapter / charger

AC adapters for international use and adapters for charging various electrical devices are available at reception.

Accessibility

Our hotel is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Specially designed rooms can be booked. Barrier-free access is provided by a lift, and the hotel is serviced by a panoramic lift. During the design of the barrier-free room, we created wide doors (width: 100 cm), more spacious spaces, and a bathroom that can be used with a wheelchair. The hotel’s communal areas, dining room and spa also comply with legal requirements.

Air Conditioning

We would like to inform you that all the rooms and public areas are air-conditioned in the Hotel. The room temperature can be controlled individually in each room via tablets placed on the wall.  By using Room temperature functions you can easy set up the wanted room temperature.

Airport and Flight Information

Approximate travel time from The Smart Hotel Budapest to Budapest Liszt Ferenc Internetional Airport is 50 minutes. Please allow extra travel time during rush hour, inclement weather, and special events.  For specific information, assistance with tickets, flight information or reservations, please contact our Front Desk on extension 0 (zero). 

Baby cot, Baby chair and Plastic bath tub

In Smart Hotel Budapest all guests are equally important. Therefore we would like to provide the most comfortable stay as we can for all the parents and their children.

Available: cot, baby bath, high chair, potty, step, toy box (building blocks, figures, small cars, storybooks, etc.)

Bathrobes & Bedroom Slippers

Bathrobes and Slippers will be provided to our guests free of charge upon request. Please in case of request select the „I would like a robe” function via tablet placed ont the wall.  This function can be found under „House keeping” function.

In case that extra chair is needed it can be found in the bathroom.

Bedding and towels

Bedclothes are changed on every third day of the stay. Daily exchange is available upon request. Towels are changed when you activate the „Towel change” function via tablet placed ont he wall. This function can be found under „House keeping” function.

Check In, Check Out

Check out time is 11:00 noon in order to have the rooms ready for check in by 2 pm. If you wish to leave the Hotel later, you are welcome to deposit your luggage in our safe luggage store for free of charge.

Daily room cleaning

We clean the rooms every day. If the „Do not disturb” function is on you will not be disturbed. This function can be activated easily via tablet placed on the wall.

Electricity

Please be informed that all room outlets are 230 volts. There is one dedicated socket in each room for chargers. Electric adaptors and various phone chargers are available through the Front Desk.  Please dial extension 0 (zero) for further assistance.

Emergency Evacuation Route

The evacuation route is attached to the door of your room and described in the plan of the Hotel. You can also find the nearest Emergency Exit on it. In the case of emergency, please follow the evacuation instructions displayed in your room.

Emergency Procedures

When leaving your room, please always ensure the door is locked. Please be informed that the front door is automatic which is close every day at 10 pm for security reasons. After 10 pm front door can be opened by using magnet room key or press the bell so it will be opened by the receptionist.

Environment Protection

The Smart Hotel Budapest keep our enviroment important and make an effort to protect it using less detergent to conserv our water. Please help us in this issue with reusing your towels.

Please excuise us that for more environment protection shower caps are not avaliable in  our hotel service.

Internet Access

We provide our guests with a secure internet connection and free and unlimited WIFI access.

The password for the wireless network is changed regularly and can only be issued to hotel guests. You can find your current password in the SmartBook folder on your desktop.

Please be aware to protect your personal data breach and log out from your personal profile after finished using any of our devices. The Hotel is not responsible in case of personal data beach has been occured.

Please be informed of the fact with which break in to any devices or even trying is qualified as a crime.

Iron and iron board can be found in the wardrobe.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning & Ironing

To use our laundry, dry cleaning and ironing service, please call the reception at the O (zero) extension. You will find the laundry bag made in the closet.

The service is available: Monday to Friday

Recording until 9:00 in the morning

Preparation, acceptance by agreement.

Upon request, the ironing service will be completed within 1 hour.

Lost and Found

Lost and found properties will be handed over to the Reception Desk. For further assistance, please contact Reception on extension 0 (zero).

Luggage Store

Have a late flight or doing business in the city after you have checked out? No problem! We will look after your luggage until you return to the Hotel. This service is complimentary.

Message & Mail Services

Incoming mail and packages are held at the Reception Desk.  A message will be sent for you of these arrivals.  For delivery please call the Reception Desk on extension 0 (zero).

LET’S LOAD YOUR MINIBAR! Choose from our range of packages and order through the Reception. You can place your order in person or by phone. Our room service will deliver the ordered snacks and drinks to your room between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. – at a pre-arranged time!

Netflix application is available on all televisions. Press home button on the tv controller, select netflix app, log in and enjoy your favourite series or movies just like home.

Newspapers

The Smart Hotel Budapest keep our enviroment important and make an effort to protect it by using less paper. In the fact that we prefer digital newspapers You can enjoy your favourite daily paper on tablets which can be find at the lobby area.

Opening hours: Everyday from 11 am to 21 pm.

Sauna opening hours depends on the season, therefore please ask Reception for further information.

We provide slippers and bathrobes for our guests on request. Please activate the „I would like a robe” function via tablet. This function can be found under „House keeping function”. Please do not take your towels out from your room. In case of lost towels we charge fee to your room account.

Please note that children under 14 cannot use the facilities without adult supervision.

Pillow and blanket menu

For your maximum comfort, in addition to the pillows and duvets in your room, additional pillows and blankets are available at our hotel. Our reception staff will be happy to help you choose the most suitable pillow.

Smart Welcome

Check-in and check-out work seamlessly. If you notify in advance, we provide self-check-in and self-check-out. We will make your room key in the safe at the entrance of the hotel, which you can use to unlock it on arrival with a code sent by us. In case of self-check-out, please arrange your room bill in time.
